Latasha Rayford Secretary Responsibility
Acts as the legal custodian of church records, maintaining accurate meeting minutes, managing official correspondence, and ensuring compliance with governing documents (bylaws) and state Ray Tunstall Trustee Board Pruitt Wheeler Trustee Board regulations. Combines administrative tasks with legal, fiduciary responsibilities.
Trustee Responsibility
Acts as a fiduciary steward, ensuring the legal, financial, and physical integrity of church property and assets to support the congregation’s mission. Key responsibilities include overseeing facility maintenance, managing insurance, handling legal documents, and establishing operational policies in collaboration with church leadership.
